Chocolate Chess Pie

Chocolate Chess Pie
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 tablesppons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

Blend together butter, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth.  Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375ยบ for 45 minutes, or until set.  Let cool before slicing.

SURVEY SAYS:  Keeper!  It is really good with vanilla ice cream, too.  **I made this months ago but somehow never made it to the blog...
